Don Pasquale, an older, wealthy man with a desire for a young, modest wife, meets the young couple Ernesto and Norina in Donizetti's opera. The only thing missing for their great love happiness is the blessing of money. Malatesta, a doctor friend, develops a cunning plan so that in the end the perfect intrigue emerges and Don Pasquale becomes the plaything of the young people.

Ticket holders of "Don Pasquale” on March 11, 2025 are invited to attend a rehearsal of the new production of "Maria Stuarda" on the same evening at 7:00 pm. Seating in the auditorium is by free choice. The rehearsal lasts three hours and has an intermission.
Whether or not you choose to attend the rehearsal, we will automatically refund the ticket price or the pro rata subscription price from March 12, 2025 if we have your bank details, or a charge back to your credit card is possible. If not, we will credit the amount to your customer account so that you can use it for your next ticket purchase, or, if you wish, have it paid out. Tickets purchased at the State Opera box office without using a personal customer account must be presented in the original for a refund.
