Dr. Ralf Klöter
Born in Wuppertal, Ralf Klöter studied business administration and economics at the universities in Erlangen/Nuremberg and Bochum. After graduating from the Bochum marketing department and a five-year self-employment as a management consultant, he accompanied the transfer of the municipal management company "Theater Nürnberg" into the "Stiftung Staatstheater Nürnberg", supported by the Free State of Bavaria and the city of Nuremberg, from 2001. In June 2006, Ralf Klöter moved on to the "Theater Kiel" as commercial director, where he accompanied the transformation of the house into a public law institution. At the end of 2011, Ralf Klöter initially moved to the "Nationaltheater Mannheim" as Commercial Director. In March 2013, the Mannheim Municipal Council appointed Ralf Klöter Managing Intendant and First Operations Manager of the National Theater. From this position, he joined the Hamburg State Opera in August 2017 as Managing Director.
